52 Hectares Winery Estate in Montalcino, Its includes Vineyards, olive grove, wood and arable land, beside buildings for a total surface of about 1450 mq.
BUILDINGS
The property is split into two detached, but close, farmhouses with varies buildings; The first one has a renovated farmhouse of about 580 sm, where on ground floor there's a ageing cellar and on first one two apartments for guests, there is also the new cellar of about 140 sm and agricultural annexes for about 130 mq.
The other farmhouse needs a total renovation  and is on two levels for about 400 sm, beside other annexes for about 180sm.
