LOCATION:
The Appia Antica Park is like a wedge that, starting from the Castelli Romani creeps into town and brings its bucolic atmosphere almost in the center of Rome, stopping at the ancient Aurelian walls which surrounded Ancient Rome. Without any doubt it is a privileged location, chosen even by the emperors and the Roman aristocracy who built here their villas and palaces. In the 50s and 60s of the twentieth century along the initial stretch of the "regina viarum" there were realized exclusive villas which became the residence of the high society of the capital. The possibility of reaching on one hand the Colosseum and the historical center and Ciampino airport in literally 10 min on the other make the location very convenient for any need. Moreover, with due permission a private helicopter can land on the big lawn located within the walls of the property itself. Three entrances on three streets (even from the Appian Way that is the residence address) make it extremely advantaged roads, the same viability that sometimes instead penalizes villas located here.
